摘要
基于MJS工法桩在南京建宁西路过江隧道明挖段的试桩应用,介绍了MJS工法桩的施工参数。开展了MJS工法桩无侧限抗压强度试验、渗透性试验、水平位移试验、孔隙水压力试验。试验结果表明,MJS工法桩成桩较为均匀,其渗透系数ki的数量级能够在全深度范围内有效的降为10^(-9)cm/s,能较好地切断基坑内外的水力联系。其取芯强度大于设计值1.5 MPa,但沿深度方向存在一定程度的不均匀性。MJS工法桩施工时将会对周边环境产生影响,超静孔压会变大且周围土体距离桩中越近其侧向位移越明显。
This paper introduces the construction parameters of MJS method in view of the application of the Nanjing Jianning West Road subaqueous tunnel.And carrying out the experiments about unconfined compressive strength of MJS method piles,the permeability test,the horizontal displacement test and the pore water pressure test.The tests show that the MJS method is well formed in water-rich sand layer,and the order of magnitude about permeability coeff-icient k i can be effectively reduced as 10^(-9) cm/s in the whole depth range,except that it can be better isolate the hydraulic connection inside and outside of the pit,the core strength of MJS method pile greater than 1.0 MPa.But it is unevenness along the depth direction.MJS pile construction have an impact on the surrounding environment,and the excess pore water pressure will increase,The closer the surrounding soil is to the pile,the more obvious the lateral displacement is.
