摘要
文中以福州市某地下商业街基坑支护工程为例,对MJS工法+灌注桩在基坑施工中的应用进行分析,实践证明,MJS工法轻微扰动水泥浆灌注技术,对周边房屋建筑物影响较小,可以随时调控注浆压力,有利于保障周边建筑物及市政设施的安全,提升大型建筑物基坑的施工质量。
Taking the foundation pit supporting project of a commercial street in Fuzhou City as an example,the application of MJS construction method+cast-in pile in foundation pit construction is analyzed.The practice has proved that the MJS construction method has a slight disturbance of cement grouting technology,which has very little influence on the surrounding buildings and buildings.It can control the grouting pressure at any time,which is conducive to ensuring the safety of surrounding buildings and municipal facilities,and improving the construction quality of large building foundation pits.
