摘要
目的:探讨石家庄市适龄家庭的再生育意愿情况并分析主要影响因素,为三孩政策更好的落地实施提供参考。方法:采用调查问卷形式来获取资料,将调查问卷以定量的形式输入统计软件,用SPSS 19.0对数据进行描述性统计、χ^(2)检验等分析方法进行处理和分析影响因素。结果:有效调查408户家庭中,石家庄市适龄家庭有再生育想法的73人,占比17.9%,无生育想法的249人,占比61.0%,没想好的86人,占比21.1%。通过分析发现,石家庄市适龄家庭再生育意愿受到学历、户口性质、传统观念以及政策因素的影响。结论:通过调查研究发现,要想三孩政策更好的落地实施,石家庄市适龄家庭夫妻之间需要合理的规划生育行为,政府层面需要出台更加有效的配套设施来激励适龄家庭再生育。
Objective To understand the willingness of childbearing of school-age families in Shijiazhuang and analyze the main reasons affecting it at present,so as to provide reference for the better implementation of the three-child policy.Methods The questionnaire was used to obtain data,and the questionnaire was input into the statistical software in a quantitative way.The data were processed and analyzed by descriptive statistics,chi-square test and other analysis methods using SPSS 19.0.Results In Shijiazhuang,73 school-age families had the idea of reproduction,accounting for 17.9%,249 had no idea of reproduction,accounting for 61.0%,and 86 had no idea of reproduction,accounting for 21.1%.Through analysis,it is found that the intention of childbearing of schoolage families in Shijiazhuang is affected by educational background,nature of household registration,traditional concepts and policy factors.Conclusions Through investigation and research,it is found that in order to implement the three-child policy better,the couples of the school-age families in Shijiazhuang need reasonable planning behavior,and the government level needs to introduce more effective supporting facilities to encourage the child-bearing of the school-age families.
