摘要
以回收聚乙烯(PE)地膜为载体,先用单因素实验筛选出抗氧剂和光稳定剂的最佳种类,再利用正交实验筛选出滴灌带防老化母料各助剂的配比,并对以回收PE地膜为载体的防老化母料进行性能研究。受阻酚1076的抗氧强度提升最高,氧化诱导时间为5.19 min,经过16 d热氧老化后,断裂伸长率保持比为79.6%,冲击强度保持比为74.9%,老化后材料C—O键连接方式占2.01%、C=O键连接方式占0.5%,且熔体质量流动速率随热氧老化变化呈上下波动。光稳定剂GW622、GW944、UV531的耐紫外线稳定性良好,经28 d紫外线老化后断裂伸长率保持率高达94.0%,拉伸强度一直保持在5.05 MPa。经3因素3水平9组正交试验结果得出:10%GW622与GW944、15%UV531、20%受阻酚1076为最佳滴灌带防老化母料配比。添加自制防老化母料制备滴灌带,滴灌带热稳定性明显提升,T_(onset)和T_(max)分别为445℃、477.7℃。红外分析1350 cm^(-1)和1650 cm^(-1)处峰值较弱,28 d紫外老化后断裂伸长率保留率为96.39%、冲击强度保留率为91.71%。
Taking the recycled polyethylene(PE)plastic film as the carrier,the best type of antioxidant and photostabilizer was first screened by single factor experiment,and then the ratio of various additives in the anti-aging master material of drip irrigation belt was screened by orthogonal experiment.The performance of the anti-aging master material with the recycled PE plastic film as the carrier was studied.The oxidation induction time is 5.19 min.After 16 days of thermal oxygen aging,the elongation at break retention ratio is 79.6%,the impact strength retention ratio is 74.9%.After aging,the C—O bond connection mode accounts are 2.01%and the C=O bond connection mode accounts are 0.5%.The melting index of hindered phenol 1076 becomes up and down with the change of thermal oxygen aging.Light stabilizers GW622,GW944 and UV531 have good UV resistance stability.After 28 days of UV aging,the elongation at break retention rate is up to 94.0%,and the tensile strength keeps 5.05 MPa.Through nine orthogonal experiments with three factors and three levels,it is concluded that 10%GW622,GW944,15%UV531 and 20%blocked phenol 1076 are the best master material ratio for anti-aging of drip irrigation belt.The thermal stability of drip irrigation belt is significantly improved by adding self-made anti-aging master material,and the T_(onset) and T_(max) of drip irrigation belt are 445℃and 477.7℃,respectively.The peak values at 1350 cm^(-1) and 1650 cm^(-1) are weak,and the retention rates of elongation at break and impact strength are 96.39%and 91.71%after 28 days of UV aging.
