摘要
以重庆电力高等专科学校2022届计算机网络专业毕业生的就业问卷调研数据为基础,采用主成分分析法,将21个就业影响因子指标转化为几个综合因素,确定影响毕业生就业的主要因素,并通过专家评分和调研,验证了其模型计算结果的正确性和统一性。提出除专业教育之外,就业教育与思政教育对提升毕业生的就业质量有着重要的意义,并从健全就业指导体系、提升就业综合能力、拓展就业渠道、深化校企合作等方面提出相关建议,为完善网络专业毕业生的就业指导工作,以及其他同类院校相关专业毕业生的就业指导工作提供参考。
Based on the survey data of the employment questionnaire for computer network technology majors graduating in 2022 in Chongqing Electric Power College,by means of the principal component analysis,21 influencing factors of employment were transformed into several comprehensive factors to determine the main influencing factors of employment.The grading of some experts together with the survey verified the validity and unity of the results of the model calculation.This paper points out that employment education and ideological and political education,in addition to specialized education,are significant in enhancing the graduates’quality of employment.Besides,it puts forward relevant suggestions in the aspects of perfecting the system of employment guidance,improving comprehensive ability of employment,expanding channels of employment and deepening the school-enterprise cooperation,in order to perfect the work of employment guidance for computer network technology majors and provide reference for the work of employment guidance for related majors in similar colleges.
