摘要
目的:探讨妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗后应用穴位按摩联合中医饮食调护的临床价值,探讨其对患者便秘症状的影响。方法:选取2021年6月-2022年6月在江西省妇幼保健院接受化疗的104例妇科恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组52例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在此基础上应用中医辨证饮食调护与穴位按摩,比较两组主要症状与次要症状积分、临床疗效评定结果、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、癌症患者生命质量测定量表共性模块(FACT-G)评分。结果:干预后,研究组主要症状、次要症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),FACT-G各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科肿瘤化疗期间,穴位按摩与中医饮食调护的联合应用,有助于改善患者的便秘症状,并可对其心理状况及生命质量产生积极影响。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of acupressure combined with TCM diet after chemotherapy in gynecological malignant tumor patients and its effect on patients'constipation symptoms.Method:From June 2021 to June 2022,104 patients with gynecological malignancies who received chemotherapy in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into a study group and a control group using the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.In the control group,conventional care was used,while in the study group,TCM evidence-based dietary regimen and acupressure were applied on this basis.The primary and secondary symptom scores,clinical efficacy assessment results,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores and functional assessment of cancer therapy-generic scale(FACT-G)scores were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the primary and secondary symptom scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and FACT-G scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of acupressure and TCM dietary regimen during chemotherapy for gynaecological tumors can help improve patients'constipation symptoms and may have a positive impact on their psychological status and quality of life.
