摘要
通过在涤纶织物单侧涂覆无氟防水剂,制备出全疏水型单向导湿织物。研究了防水剂用量对织物单向导湿性能的影响,并模拟出汗状态下的保暖性能。结果表明,防水剂质量分数为2%时,织物单向传输指数(R)为825.8%,液态水分管理综合值(OMMC)为0.82。在模拟出汗状态下,全疏水单向导湿织物与含有亲疏水结构的单向导湿织物相比,前者能使人体皮肤温度提高2.2℃,可用于具有吸湿速干保暖效果的冬季运动服装。
An all-hydrophobic fabric is prepared by a single-side coating method with fluorine-free water repel⁃lent on polyester.The effect of fluorine-free water repellent concentrations on unidirectional moisture trans⁃port capability of fabrics is studied,and the heat retention performance under sweating state is simulated.The results show that when the mass fraction of water repellent is 2%,the unidirectional transmission index(R)of the fabric is 825.8%,and the overall moisture-management capability(OMMC)is 0.82.Under simulated sweat⁃ing conditions,all-hydrophobic fabric with unidirectional moisture transport capability can increase the tempera⁃ture of human skin by 2.2℃compared with that of traditional unidirectional fabric with hydrophobic/hydrophilic structures,which can be used for winter sports clothing with moisture absorption,quick-drying and heat reten⁃tion performances.
