摘要
目的:探讨双胎妊娠的规范化管理对围产儿预后的影响。方法:选取2019年9月—2020年9月采取常规管理建立早孕档案的57例双胎妊娠孕妇作为对照组,另选取2020年10月—2021年10月采取规范化管理建立早孕档案的57例双胎妊娠孕妇作为观察组。比较两组绒毛膜性诊断的准确性、围产儿预后和孕妇满意度。结果:观察组产前超声诊断接受率、超声检查中孕囊个数诊断率、超声诊断绒毛膜性符合率均高于对照组;新生儿1 min阿氏(Apgar)评分高于对照组;新生儿入新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)、直接转院、放弃抢救率均低于对照组;孕妇满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化管理能够提高双胎妊娠超声诊断绒毛膜性符合率,改善围产儿预后,提高母婴同室入住率,提高孕妇满意度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized management of twin pregnancy on perinatal prognosis.Methods:Fifty-seven pregnant women with twin pregnancy who established early pregnancy files during routine management in hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the control group,and from October 2020 to October 2021 during the standardized management period in hospital to establish early pregnancy records fifty-seven pregnant women with twin pregnancies in the archives were selected as the observation group.The diagnostic accuracy,perinatal prognosis and maternal satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The prenatal ultrasound diagnosis rate of chorionicity,the number of gestational sacs in ultrasound examination,and the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis of chorionicity were were higher than those in the control group.The Apgar score of newborn was higher than that of the control group at 1 min,the rate of newborn admission to neonatal(newborn)intensive care unit(NICU),transfer to hospital directly and giving up rescue were lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction degree of pregnant women was higher than that of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized management can improve the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis of chorionicity in twin pregnancy,promote the improvement of perinatal prognosis,increase the occupancy rate of mothers and infants in the same room,and improve the satisfaction of pregnant women.
