摘要
为了增加高价值产品产量,在确保产品质量合格的条件下,最大限度地减少质量过剩,实现产品质量卡边优化控制,实时获得在线产品质量分析数据是关键。开发的软仪表系统,主要由数据采集及预处理、辅助变量选择、模型开发及应用和模型校正四个模块组成;建立准确的软仪表模型并通过化验分析校正实现在线实时监测和闭环控制。以某炼化企业常减压、催化裂化、延迟焦化等装置为例,对比应用软仪表和化验分析获得的数据,对指导炼化生产操作、减少化验频次和提高装置经济效益具有重要意义。
Under the condition of the products quality ensured,in order to increase the output of high-value products,minimize the excess quality,and realize the optimal control of product quality edge clamping,it is critical to obtain online product quality analysis data in real time.The soft sensor system is developed,which is mainly composed of four modules of data acquisition and preprocessing,auxiliary variable selection,model development and application,and model correction.An accurate soft sensor model is established and online real-time monitoring and closed-loop control are realized through test and analysis correction.Taking the atmospheric and vacuum distillation,catalytic cracking,delayed coking and other installations of a refinery and chemical enterprise as an example,the data obtained from the application of soft sensor and test analysis are compared,which is of great significance for guiding refinery and chemical production operations,reducing test frequency and improving economic benefits of the installation.
