摘要
胎面是轮胎生产过程中最重要的半成品之一,为提高胎面定长裁断精度,通过对胎面挤出生产工艺的分析,利用核函数建立了胎面长度预测模型,并应用激光测距重新设计了定长裁断控制方法。经实践证明该方法具有较好的控制效果,能够满足生产的实际需求。
Tread is one of the most important semi-finished products in the tire production process.In order to improve the fixed length cutting accuracy of tread,the tread extrusion process was analyzed.A tread length prediction model was established by using the kernel function,and laser ranging was used to redesign the fixed length cutting control method.The method has proved good and can meet the actual needs of production.
