摘要
当今钢铁行业竞争激烈,面对成本、质量等压力,钢铁企业为更好地生存,竭尽全力提升自身实力。舞钢120 t转炉在生产过程中冶炼周期长,无法满足高效生产要求,设计产能得不到有效发挥,极大地消减了其在行业的竞争力。通过整个工艺流程分析,发现装入量少、辅助时间浪费多,供氧时间长、终点命中率低、出钢时间长和设备寿命短是制约转炉发挥产能的主要因素。在保证转炉稳定操作的基础上,通过调整装入量、严控辅助工作时间分配、优化冶炼设备、升级氧枪枪头、出钢口由直筒型改为漏斗形并扩大尺寸、钢包车与渣罐并行、出钢的同时完成倒渣作业、改造刮渣器、快换氧枪,采用水补料与测厚仪相结合的补炉方式,优化操作工艺等一系列措施,转炉的冶炼周期由32 min降至27 min,出钢口寿命提高了300炉以上,氧耗、终渣氧化铁含量等指标得到改善,转炉产量提高50%以上。
Today's steel industry is fiercely competitive,facing the pressure of cost and quality,steel companies do their best to improve their strength to survive better.HBIS Wusteel 120 t converter has a long smelting cycle in the production process,which cannot meet the requirements of efficient production,and the design capacity cannot be effectively exerted,which greatly reduces its competitiveness in the industry.Through the analysis of the entire process flow,it is found that the main factors restricting the production capacity of the converter are the low loading amount,the waste of auxiliary time,the long oxygen supply time,the low-end point hit rate,the long steel output time and the short equipment life.On the basis of ensuring the stable operation of the converter,through adjusting the loading amount,strictly controlling the distribution of auxiliary working time,optimizing the smelting equipment,upgrading the oxygen gun head,changing the steel outlet from a straight cylinder type to a funnel shape and expanding the size,the ladle car and the slag tank are parallel,the slag dumping operation is completed at the same time as the steel is discharged,the slag scraper and the quick oxygen gun are transformed,the furnace repair method combining water feeding and thickness gauge is adopted,and the operation process is optimized,the smelting cycle of the converter is reduced from 32 min to 27 min,the life of the steel outlet is increased by more than 300 furnaces,and the oxygen consumption is increased,final residue iron oxide content and other indicators have been improved,converter output increased by more than 50%.
