摘要
针对中天钢铁第三炼钢厂120 t转炉冶炼过程中存在吹氧时间长、后处理工序多且时间长的问题实施了一系列的改进措施。通过提高转炉废钢比并增大供氧强度,转炉吹氧时间由15.0 min降低到13.5 min以内,缩短吹氧时间1.5 min以上;转炉终点采用不倒炉出钢并优化溅渣工艺缩短溅渣时间,缩短冶炼周期2~3 min;此外,通过补炉料的更新、大出钢口的应用等,缩短转炉冶炼周期1 min以上。工艺改进后,转炉总冶炼周期由39.0 min降低到34.3 min。
Aiming at the problems of long oxygen blowing time,post-treatment with many processes and long time in the smelting process of 120 t converter in No.3 steelmaking plant of Zhongtian iron and steel Co.,Ltd.,a series of improvement measures were implemented.By increasing the scrap ratio and oxygen supply intensity,the oxygen blowing time is reduced from 15.0 min to less than 13.5 min,and the oxygen blowing time is shortened by more than 1.5 min.Tapping without pouring furnace is adopted at the end of converter,and the slag splashing process is optimized and the slag splashing time is shortened by 2~3 min.In addition,the converter smelting cycle can be shortened by more than 1 min through the renewal of charging materials and the application of large taphole.After the improvement,the total smelting period of converter is reduced from 39.0 min to 34.3 min.
