摘要
对全精炼冶炼过程LF精炼进站、造渣后、喂铝后、钙处理后的Q355低合金结构钢进行取样,以20μm为界限分类,利用扫描电镜分析不同粒径非金属夹杂物的演变过程。结果表明:夹杂物类型变化规律为SiO_(2)-MnO→Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MnO→Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-MgO。
By sampling low-alloy structural steel Q355 during the whole LF process,after entering LF,slagging,aluminum feeding and calcium treatment.The evolution process of non-metallic inclusions with different particle sizes was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)with the boundary of 10μm.The results show that the inclusions change in the order of:SiO_(2)-MnO→Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MnO→Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-MgO.
