摘要
针对造价管理难度大、成本浪费严重问题,提出了一种新的解决方案,即在BIM技术协助下,完成造价精细管理。本研究过程中,以工程项目概况作为出发点,分析BIM在造价管理中的实施策略,重视人员培训,关注建筑造价信息完整度,由此实现对BIM技术的高质量应用。研究结果表明,BIM技术在造价管理中的效果十分显著,不仅能够降低造价管理成本,而且有利于加快技术升级。研究结果可应用在建筑造价管理领域,为工程造价精细管理提供技术支持。
In view of the difficulty in cost management and the serious cost waste,this paper puts forward a new solution,that is,with the assistance of BIM technology,to complete the fine cost management.Based on the general situation of engineering projects,this study analyzes the implementation strategy of BIM in cost management,attaches importance to personnel training and pays attention to the integrity of construction cost information,so as to realize the high-quality application of BIM technology.The research results show that the effect of BIM technology in cost management is very remarkable,which can not only reduce the cost of cost management,but also help to accelerate the technical upgrading.The research results can be applied to the field of construction cost management,providing technical support for fine management of engineering cost.
