摘要
设计院牵头的EPC总承包模式因其能最大化地发挥设计的主导作用,减少设计方与施工方在配合工作时的扯皮环节、缩短工程的建设周期,节约项目投资而备受市场欢迎。但与传统的模式相比,因其跨度大、流程长,使得各方对投资的控制变得更加复杂。文章立足项目建设全过程,提出如何在设计院牵头的EPC模式下做好造价管理与控制。
The EPC general contracting model led by the design institute is welcomed by the market because it can make full advantage of the leading role of design,reduce the wrangling between the design contractor and the construction contractor,shorten the construction period of the project,and save project investment.However,compared with the traditional model,due to its large time span and long process,the control of investment by all parties has become more complicated.Based on the whole process of project construction,the article proposes how to manage and control the cost under the EPC model led by the design institute.
