摘要
围绕杭州市临安区“农村高龄、失能老人看病难”“供需服务需求对接精准度不高”和“服务监管闭环程度不高”3大痛点问题,构建以原有“天目医养”为依托的养老服务供给体系,通过对接原有“天目医养”数据,结合互联网养老服务平台,实现拓展老人就医渠道、供需服务精准对接和闭环服务监管的3大整体目标,设计杭州市临安区智慧养老服务平台,持续优化养老服务的供给。
Focusing on the three major pain points of Lin an District,Hangzhou City,“difficulty in seeing a doctor for the elderly and disabled elderly in rural areas”,“inaccurate connection between supply and demand service demand”and“low degree of closed-loop service supervision”,the construction is based on the original“Tianmu Medical Care”.The old-age service supply system,through the docking of the original“Tianmu Medical Care”data,combined with the Internet old-age service platform,achieves the three overall goals of expanding medical treatment channels for the elderly,precise connection between supply and demand services,and closed-loop service supervision,and designs smart old-age care in Lin an District,Hangzhou The service platform continuously optimizes the supply of elderly care services.
