摘要
随着我国经济社会的高速发展和生活水平的稳步提高,人们愈发重视食品安全。在这一背景下,加大快速检测技术的应用研究力度具有十分重要的现实意义。本文阐述了食品快速检测技术的主要类型,探讨了在食品安全监管中应用快速检测技术的根本优势,重点分析了快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的具体应用策略,以便希望通过本文分析研究,能够对快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用提供相应的参考价值,进而为我国食品安全得到更有效监管提供帮助。
With the rapid development of China’s economy and society and the steady improvement of living standard,people increasingly pay more attention to food safety.Under this background,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the application research of rapid detection technology.In this paper,the main types of food rapid detection technology are described,and the fundamental advantages of the application of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision are discussed,the application strategy of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision was emphatically analyzed.It is hoped that through this study,we can provide the corresponding reference value for the application of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision,and provide help for China’s food safety to get more effective supervision.
