摘要
采用气相色谱法测定白菜中的乐果残留量,参照不确定度评定的标准规范,对整个测量过程的不确定度进行分析评定。结果显示,当白菜中乐果残留量为0.055 2 mg·kg^(-1),扩展不确定度为0.006 0 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2),其中标准曲线拟合、测量重复性与标物溶液赋值对合成不确定度的贡献较大,可见仪器维护、标物购置与人员培训等对检验检测结果的准确度尤为重要。
The residue of dimethoate in Chinese cabbage was determined by gas chromatography,and the uncertainty of the whole measurement process was analyzed and evaluated according to the standard specifications for uncertainty evaluation.The results showed that when the residue of dimethoate in Chinese cabbage was 0.0552 mg·kg^(-1) and the expanded uncertainty was 0.0060 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2),the fitting of standard curve,the repeatability of measurement and the assignment of standard solution contributed greatly to the synthetic uncertainty.It can be seen that instrument maintenance,standard purchase and personnel training are particularly important for the accuracy of the test results.
