摘要
目的:评定气相色谱法测定甜面酱中脱氢乙酸的不确定度。方法:参照国家标准,采用气相色谱法对甜面酱中脱氢乙酸的含量进行测定,建立数学模型,对测量过程中的不确定度进行分析。结果:当样品中脱氢乙酸含量在0.253 g/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.023 g/kg。结论:该方法对气相色谱法测定甜面酱中脱氢乙酸含量的不确定度评定具有参考作用。
Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty in determination of dehydroacetic acid in sweet flour paste by gas chromatography.Methods:According to the national standards,the mathematical model for the evaluation of uncertainty in determination of dehydroacetic acid in sweet flour paste by gas chromatography is eatablished.Results:When the content of dehydroacetic acid in sweet flour paste is 0.253 g/kg,the expansion uncertainty is 0.023 g/kg.Conclusion:This evaluation method can provide the basis for the uncertainty in determination of dehydroacetic acid in sweet flour paste by gas chromatography.
