摘要 高校教师扮演着人才培养者这个最重要的角色,客观准确地对高校教师的教学进行评价,衡量其教学效果是十分重要的。目前高等院校教学评价一般由学校或学院统一制定评价,模块一般包涵课程与教学、教师师德师风等。传统高校教学评价重授课情况评价,轻学习情况评价,不能真实反映教师的教学情况,因此研究一种区别于传统的教学评价方法可以全面评估教师教学情况。层次分析法是一种系统化、层次化、定性定量相结合的分析方法。该文通过层次分析法(AHP)构建了一种新的教学评估方法,试图较全面地囊括教学过程与教学结果,以期更加客观地评价教师教学成果。 College teachers play the most important role of talents training,and it's very important to objectively and accurately evaluate the teaching of college teachers and measure their teaching effect.At present,the teaching evaluation in colleges and universities is generally formulated by schools or colleges,and the module generally includes curriculum,teaching and teachers'ethics and style.The traditional teaching evaluation in colleges and universities focuses on teaching evaluation and neglects learning evaluation,which cannot truly reflect teachers'teaching,so studying a different teaching evaluation method from the traditional one can comprehensively evaluate teachers'teaching.Analytic Hierarchy Process is a systematic,hierarchical and qualitative and quantitative analysis method.This paper constructs a new teaching evaluation method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),trying to comprehensively cover the teaching process and teaching results,in order to evaluate teachers'teaching results more objectively.
