摘要
为了探究间作对连作葡萄根际环境的影响以及葡萄长势与根际环境的关系,在前期试验基础上,调查了不同间作作物对连作葡萄长势、根际土壤理化性质及微生物群落的影响。结果发现:间作大葱、花生对连作葡萄长势有促进作用,间作苦荬对连作葡萄有抑制作用;间作大葱、花生提高了根际土壤细菌与真菌结构多样性比值,间作苦荬该比值降低;葡萄根际土壤细菌、真菌结构多样性分别与根际土壤中pH、碱解N存在显著相关性,而土壤中细菌与真菌结构多样性比值与连作葡萄植株长势具有极显著相关性。因此认为,可通过间作大葱、花生提高根际土壤细菌与真菌结构多样性比值,来改善葡萄的连作障碍。
In order to explore the influence of intercropping on rhizosphere environment of replanted grapevine and the relationship between grapevine growth and rhizosphere environment,the differences in physico-chemical properties and microbial community composition of grapevine rhizosphere soil were analyzed on the basis of preliminary tests.The results showed that two intercrops(Welsh Onion and Peanut)promoted the growth of grapevines and one intercrop(Bitter Lettuce)inhibited the growth of replanted grapevines.Intercropping Welsh Onion and Peanut increased the bacterial and fungal ratio in rhizosphere soil,but intercropping Bitter Lettuce reduced that ratio.Bacterial and fungal structural diversity in grapevine rhizosphere soil were significantly correlated with pH and alkali-hydrolyzed N,respectively;there was a significant correlation between the ratio and the growth of replanted grape.By two intercrops(Welsh Onion and Peanut),increasing the ratio of bacterial and fungal diversity in rhizosphere soil provided a feasible solution for alleviating the barriers for the continuous cropping of grapevines.
