摘要
采用问卷法对769名中学生进行调查,考察师生关系在父母对教师的积极态度与中学生学业成绩关系间的中介作用,以及学校联结在这一关系中的调节作用。结果发现:父母对教师的积极态度通过师生关系影响中学生学业成绩,在这一中介过程的后半路径中,学校联结起到了调节作用。为了促进中学生学业发展,学校和教师应积极采取措施,密切家校联系,保证教育合力最大化;建立良好的师生关系,激发学生学习兴趣;提升学生主体意识,形成有效的学校联结。
A questionnaire survey was conducted among 769 middle school students to investigate the mediating effect of teacher-student relationship in the relationship between parents’positive attitudes to teachers and middle school students’academic performance,and the moderating role of school connection in this relationship.The results showed that parents’positive attitudes to teachers can affect middle school students’academic performance through teacher-student relationship,and school connection plays a moderating role in the second half of this intermediary process.In order to promote the academic development of middle school students,schools and teachers should take active measures,establish a close connection between parents and teachers to ensure the maximum of educational synergy,establish a good relationship between teachers and students and stimulate students’interest in learning,enhance students’subjective consciousness and form effective school connections.
