一种永磁材料复杂曲面的加工装置和工艺方法

摘要 永磁材料的应用和需求空前广阔,因其硬而脆的固有特性,对于零件复杂曲面和成形加工来讲,采用常规金属切削机床通过刀具加工已难以实现,已成为当前规模化生产所面临的亟待解决的突出问题。为此,提出了新的思路和解决途径,介绍了关键结构装置、核心技术、工艺方法以及研究成果和应用前景。 The application and demand of permanent magnetic materials are unprecedentedly broad.Due to their inherent characteristics of brittleness and hardness,for the complex surface and forming processing of parts,the use of conventional metal cutting machine tools cannot be used anymore,has become the current large-scale production,to be solved,for this topic,the solutions and research direction are proposed,and the research results and application prospects of key structural devices,core technologies and process methods are introduced in this research article.
