摘要
数字经济推动制造业发展实现了五大转变,即投入从要素驱动向数据驱动转变,产出从产品导向向用户体验转变,企业联系从产业关联向企业群落转变,产业生态从竞争合作向互利共生转变,管理组织从科层组织向网格组织转变。在此基础上,构建数据、需求、共生、创新、管理五驱动融合模型并探索创新发展路径,即数据驱动制造业与互联网深度融合、需求驱动制造业与服务业深度融合、共生驱动制造业及相关产业深度融合、创新驱动制造业与数字新技术深度融合、管理驱动制造业与数据价值链深度融合。推动数字经济赋能制造业高质量发展,应从技术应用布局、数据标准制定与应用安全、平台与基础设施建设、政策保障等方面着力。
The digital economy has promoted the development of manufacturing industry to achieve five major transformations,namely,the transformation of input from factor driven to data driven,the transformation of output from product oriented to user experience,the transformation of enterprise linkages from industrial linkages to enterprise clusters,the transformation of industrial ecology from competition and cooperation to mutualism,and the transformation of management organizations from bureaucratic organizations to grid organizations.On this basis,we build a five drive integration model of data,demand,symbiosis,innovation and management and explore the path of innovation and development,that is,deep integration of data driven manufacturing and the internet,deep integration of demand driven manufacturing and service industries,deep integration of symbiosis driven manufacturing and related industries,deep integration of innovation driven manufacturing and new digital technology,and deep integration of management driven manufacturing and data value chain.To promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry empowered by the digital economy,efforts should be made in terms of technology application layout,data standard formulation and application security,platform and infrastructure construction,and policy guarantee.
