摘要
目的:探究母乳喂养指导路径的制定与应用效果。方法:随机抽取2021年1月至2021年6月在本病区生产的产妇164例,依据护理方法的不同分为对照组(n=82)和观察组(n=82)。对照组采用常规母乳喂养指导方法,观察组将护理临床路径应用于母乳喂养指导,制定并应用母乳喂养指导路径进行喂养指导,观察两组产妇的平均每日哺乳次数、纯母乳喂养率、产后72h泌乳量、奶涨发生率和母乳知识掌握水平。结果:观察组的奶涨发生率显著低于对照组,观察组的平均每日哺乳次数、产后72h泌乳量、纯母乳喂养率、母乳知识掌握水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:母乳喂养指导路径的制定与应用效果显著,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the formulation and application effect of breastfeeding guidelines.Methods:164 women produced in the disease area from January 2021 to June 2021 were randomly selected,divided into control group(n=82)and observation group(n=82).The control group adopted routine breastfeeding guidance method,the observation group applied nursing clinical path to breastfeeding guidance,formulated and applied breastfeeding guidance path for feeding guidance,and observed the average daily breastfeeding number of women,pure breastfeeding rate,postpartum lactation rate,breasts engorged rate and breastfeeding knowledge master level of both groups.Results:The incidence of milk rise was significantly lower than that of the control group;the average daily lactation,72 hours postpartum lactation,pure breastfeeding rate and breast milk knowledge mastery were significantly higher than the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The formulation and application of breastfeeding guidance path deserves application.
