摘要
目的:探讨影响我国养老护理员行业发展的自身及其外部因素,并提出切实有效的应对策略。方法:采用SWOT分析法,对养老护理员内部因素中的优势、劣势及外部因素中的机会和威胁4个方面进行分析。结果:养老护理员内部优势主要包括共情能力、学习积极性高;内部劣势主要包括数量不足、质量不高、薪资待遇低和福利待遇少、职业认同低;外部机遇主要包括社会需求大、养老护理行业的发展;外部威胁主要包括机构人员管理不完善、工作强度大、养老护理员培养体系尚未成熟。结论:我国养老护理员行业发展的影响因素存在诸多方面,需充分将内部优劣分别与外部机遇与威胁因素两两结合,并在此基础上制定有效的应对策略。
Objective:To explore the internal and external factors that affect the development of senior care industry workers in China,and to put forward effective countermeasures.Methods:SWOT analysis was used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the internal factors and the opportunities and threats of the external factors.Results:The internal advantages of nursing staff mainly included empathy ability and high learning enthusiasm.Internal disadvantages mainly included insufficient quantity,low quality,low salary and welfare,low professional identity;External opportunities mainly included large social needs,the development of the elderly care industry;The external threats mainly included imperfect management of institutional personnel,high work intensity,and immature training system for senior care industry workers.Conclusion:There are many factors influencing the development of the senior care industry in China.It is necessary to fully consider the internal and external advantages and disadvantages to make effective coping strategies.
