摘要
目的 调查老龄化背景下川南地区高职院校“00后”老年保健与管理专业学生职业认同现状及其影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、职业认同量表、职业自我效能感量表对川南某高职院校270名老年保健与管理专业学生开展横断面调查。结果 学生职业认同总分为(40.48±11.62)分,职业自我效能感总分为(65.14±17.06)分,职业认同与职业自我效能感显著正相关(r=0.897,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,职业认知、职业态度及信念、目标选择、收集职业信息和职业规划能力是职业认同的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 高职院校老年保健与管理专业学生职业认同处于较低水平,学校与养老机构应及时采取有效措施加强对其的职业认同教育。
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of occupational identity among the"post-00s"generation students majored in geriatric health care and management in higher vocational colleges in southern Sichuan Province under the background of aging.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 270 students majoring in geriatric health care and management at a certain higher vocational college in southern Sichuan Province with General Information Questionnaire,Occupational Identity Scale,and Occupational Self-efficacy Scale.Results The total score of students'occupational identity was(40.48±11.62)score,and the total score of occupational self-efficacy was(65.14±17.06)score.Occupational identity was significantly positively correlated with occupational self-efficacy(r=0.897,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that occupational cognition,occupational attitude and belief,objective selection,collection of occupational information,and occupational planning ability were the influencing factors of occupational identity(P<0.05).Conclusion The occupational identity of students majoring in geriatric health care and management in higher vocational colleges is at a relatively poor level.Colleges and geriatric health care institutions should take timely and effective measures to strengthen their occupational identity education.
