摘要
目的:研究图像辅助的膳食评估(IBDA)方法在评估矿物质和维生素摄入方面的有效性,并与称重食物记录(WFR)法和24 h膳食回顾(24-HDR)法进行比较。方法:通过计算机检索中国知网学术论文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase,按纳入及排除标准筛选文献,提取数据后采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9项研究。Meta分析结果显示,IBDA方法与传统方法相比,对钠、钾、维生素B 1、烟酸、叶酸、维生素B_(12)、维生素C、维生素D的摄入评估差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对镁、锌、铁、磷、维生素B_(2)、维生素B_(6)、维生素E摄入评估比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。亚组分析结果显示,IBDA方法与WFR方法对镁、锌、铁摄入评估比较和其与24-HDR方法对维生素C摄入评估比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IBDA方法与传统方法在评估大部分微量营养素摄入方面无显著性差异,应用于膳食微量营养素调查的可行性较好。膳食评估技术为营养调查高质量发展提供了保障。
Objective To study the validity of image-based dietary assessment in evaluating minerals and vitamins intake,and compared with two traditional methods including weighed food record(WFR)and 24-hour dietary review(24-HDR).Method Studies were retrieved and collected from various databases including CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP Database,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library and Embase,screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.After extracting the data,all the data were Meta-analyzed through RevMan 5.4.Result A total of nine studies were included.Meta-analysis results showed that IBDA showed no statistical significance in the assessment of sodium,potassium,vitamin B 1,niacin,folic acid,vitamin B_(12),vitamin C and vitamin D intake compared with traditional methods(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the intake evaluation of magnesium,zinc,iron,phosphorus,vitamin B_(2),vitamin B_(6) and vitamin E(P<0.05).The results of subgroup analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between IBDA method and WFR method in the evaluation of magnesium,zinc and iron intake and between IBDA method and 24-HDR method in the evaluation of vitamin C intake(P<0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference between IBDA methods and traditional methods in assessing most micronutrients intakes,and it is feasible to apply it to the investigation of dietary micronutrients.Dietary assessment technology provides a guarantee for the high-quality development of nutritional survey.
