摘要
复材机身自然网格有限元模型的建模方法较复杂,其中涉及的等效模量计算和一维单元属性计算耗时较多。为此设计了一种基于EXCEL的参数化建模方法,利用EXCEL表格中单元编号与单元属性参数的对应关系,使用VBA语言编制宏,实现了复材机身有限元模型属性的快速迭代更新,同时降低了建模过程中属性设置错误的概率,使得民用飞机初步设计阶段复材机身部段结构的快速迭代设计成为可能。
Due to the intricacy of the finite-element modeling methods for composite fuselage stress model,engineers spend substantial amount of time in calculating equivalent material moduli.In this work,a parametric modeling method based on EXCEL is proposed,which utilizes the one-to-one map between element numbers and their properties in EXCEL and creates macros with VBA language to realize the fast update of finite-element properties for composite fuselage.The proposed method reduces the probability of the errors occurring in the process of property calculation and expedites the structure design of composite fuselage in the phase of aircraft preliminary design.
