摘要 凹坑缺陷是蜂窝夹芯结构中常见的缺陷之一,其有限元建模是对蜂窝夹芯结构开展数值仿真的难点之一。利用凹坑缺陷的关键参数构建凹坑缺陷的几何模型,推导凹坑缺陷范围内各点相对理想平面的偏移量计算公式,并利用ABAQUS Python中的节点坐标修改函数实现理想平面上各节点的偏移;对ABAQUS进行了二次开发,创建了无缺陷蜂窝夹芯结构建模插件和含凹坑缺陷蜂窝夹芯结构建模插件,该插件能够实现含凹坑缺陷蜂窝夹芯结构的参数化有限元建模。利用上述插件研究了凹坑缺陷关键参数对蜂窝夹芯结构固有频率和临界失稳载荷的影响规律,结果表明蜂窝夹芯结构的前两阶固有频率和一阶临界失稳载荷均随凹坑直径的增大而降低,也均随凹坑深度的增大而降低。 Pit defects is one of the most common defects in honeycomb sandwich structure, and its finite element modeling method changes to be one of the difficult point when try to perform numerical simulation for honeycomb sandwich structure. By using the key parameters of pit defects, geometry model of the pit defects was built. Then, the computational formula of offset between the point in the pit defects and the projective point in the ideal panel was derived. Finally, the nodes of the ideal panel were moved by using the nodes editing function of the ABAQUS Python language. By performing secondary development for the ABAQUS software, two plug-ins were developed, namely Honeycomb sandwich structure modeling plug-in with no defect and honeycomb sandwich Structure modeling plug-in with pit defects. Those plug-ins could be used to realize the parametric finite element modeling for the honeycomb sandwich structure with pit defects. The influence of key parameters of pit defects on the natural frequency and bucking load is studied, and the results show that both the former two natural frequency and the former one bucking load decreases as the pit diameter or the pit depth increases.
