摘要
在产品设计中,显性需求能被用户很好的感知与描述,但隐性需求是潜在的客观心理活动,是根植于用户内心的模糊意识。这种“模糊需求”并不容易被察觉且不会强烈表现,但一旦被满足,则会极大提升产品的用户满意度。本文介绍了隐性需求的来源,总结概括了产品设计领域目前的隐性需求提取方法,并分析了各方法的难点与未来发展趋势,为以后的隐性需求提取提供了一些参考。
In product design,relative to the explicit needs expressed by users,implicit needs are potential objective psychological activities.Although users vaguely know their needs,they cannot clearly and accurately realize what they want.This"fuzzy demand"is not easy to detect and will not be strongly expressed,but once it is met,it will greatly improve the user experience of the product.This paper introduces the source and characteristics of implicit demand,summarizes the current methods of implicit demand extraction,and analyzes the shortcomings of each method,providing some reference for the future extraction of implicit demand.
