摘要
二氧化碳(CO_(2))捕集、利用与封存技术(CCUS)是减排温室气体CO_(2)、实现中国“双碳”目标的重要技术手段。CO_(2)地质封存作为CCUS技术的重要组成部分,是一种直接、有效的减排方法,已为全球多个国家CO_(2)增汇减排做出突出贡献。科学合理的场地适宜性评价和选址工作是实现CO_(2)地质封存的首要前提,场地适宜性评价中通常包含多个定性与定量指标,国内外常采用多准则决策(MCDM)方法处理此类多源复杂因素共同作用的场地适宜性评价工作。MCDM方法通常将指标权重与评价方法集成,以期实现各方法的优势互补,进而获得较为满意的评价结果。文章回顾了CO_(2)地质封存的国内外选址现状,并对基于MCDM方法的场地适宜性评价进行全面综述,以期为中国CO_(2)地质封存选址的适宜性评价提供参考依据。
Carbon dioxide(CO_(2))capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)is one of the key technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions,and also is an important solution to achieve"double carbon"goal of China.Among the CCUS technologies,CO_(2) geological storage is a direct and effective method,which has made outstanding contributions to increase sinks and reduce emission of CO_(2) in many countries.Scientific and reasonable site suitability evaluation and selection are the prerequisites for CO_(2) geological storage.Site suitability evaluation usually includes multiple qualitative and quantitative indexes.Multi-criteria decision-making(MCDM)methods are often used to deal with such complex questions of site suitability evaluation.The MCDM usually integrates the index weight and the evaluation method,so as to realize the complementary advantages of each method and obtain a relatively satisfactory evaluation result.This paper reviews the current situation of CO_(2) geological storage site selection for domestically and internationally,and comprehensively review the site suitability based on the MCDM method,aiming to provide a reference for the suitability evaluation of CO_(2) geological storage site selection in China.
