摘要
目的了解新冠病毒感染疫情期间某医院环境消毒现状和清洁消毒相关人员消毒知识掌握情况,为提高医院环境物体表面卫生质量管理提供依据。方法2020年4—9月通过现场采样检测和现场调查的方式,对某医院环境消毒质量和相关人员消毒知识知晓情况进行调查。结果该医院预检分诊点、门急诊(含发热门诊)和住院病区的环境消毒后卫生质量合格率分别为86.67%、95.60%和91.25%。上述部位室内空气、地面、墙面和物体表面消毒后卫生质量合格率分别为93.47%、85.56%、92.50%和93.05%。2020年4—6月和7—9月医院环境消毒合格率分别为94.11%和88.94%。在消毒剂配置方法、消毒顺序、个人防护和手卫生执行等方面,医务人员正确率高于保洁人员。结论该医院疫情期间室内外环境消毒质量尚需要进一步加强,针对存在的问题进行整改。
Objective To understand the current situation of environmental disinfection and the disinfection knowledge of workers during the epidemic situation of COVID-19,so as to provide basis for improving the hygienic quality management of the surface of environmental objects in the hospital.Methods From April to September 2020,the environmental disinfection quality and disinfection knowledge of related personnel in a hospital were investigated by means of on-the-spot sampling and on-site investigation.Results The qualified rates of hygienic quality after environmental disinfection in the pre-examination sub-clinic,outpatient and emergency department(including fever clinic)and inpatient ward of the hospital were 86.67%,95.60%and 91.25%,respectively.The hygienic quality qualified rates of indoor air,ground,walls and object surfaces after disinfection were 93.47%,85.56%,92.50%and 93.05%,respectively.The qualified rates of environmental disinfection in hospitals from April to June and July to September 2020 were 94.11%and 88.94%,respectively.The correct rate of medical staff was higher than that of cleaning staff in terms of disinfectant allocation method,disinfection sequence,personal protection and hand hygiene implementation.Conclusion During the epidemic period,the disinfection quality of indoor and outdoor environment in the hospital needs to be further strengthened,and the existing problems should be rectified and improved.
