摘要
快速核酸检测仪具有检测速度快、检出限低、轻巧便携等特点,广泛应用于核酸检测领域。新冠疫情防控中,大规模核酸筛查及常态化核酸检测对核酸检测仪器的速度要求越来越高。国产快速核酸检测仪在保证检测结果准确性的同时,检测速度越来越快。为确保其性能稳定、检测结果准确,需每年进行计量校准。本文分析了对校准结果产生影响的主要因素,并对其温度偏差的不确定度进行评定。
Rapid nucleic acid detector has the characteristics of fast detection speed,low detection limit,lightweight and portable,and is widely used in the field of nucleic acid detection.In the prevention and control of COVID-19,large-scale nucleic acid screening and routine nucleic acid testing have increasingly high requirements on the speed of nucleic acid testing instruments.The fast nucleic acid detector made in China can not only ensure the accuracy of the test results,but also get faster and faster.In order to ensure its stable performance and accurate test results,it is necessary to carry out measurement calibration every year.In this paper,the main factors affecting the calibration results are analyzed and the uncertainty of temperature deviation is evaluated.
