摘要
文明交流互鉴与新时代中非命运共同体存在紧密联系:一方面,文明交流互鉴为新时代中非命运共同体的建构提供理论与实践指导;另一方面,新时代中非命运共同体为深化文明交流互鉴树立了典范。新时代中非命运共同体的建构已拥有历史和现实的双重基础,同时面临百年大变局提供的时代机遇,但也不可避免地面临来自域内和域外的双重挑战。鉴于此,中国与非洲应携手深化文明交流互鉴,共同推动新时代中非命运共同体的建构,积极为人类命运共同体的建构不懈努力。
Xi Jinping’s elaborations on exchange and mutual learning among civilizations are expressions of the view of civilization with Chinese characteristics.Such exchange and mutual learning are important in the construction of the China-Africa community with a shared future in the new era.On the one hand,they provide a theoretical and practical guidance to the construction of the community.On the other hand,the community itself serves as a model for the exchange and mutual learning among civilizations.The construction of the community has had a sold foundation both in history and in reality,but at the same time,the great changes in the world have brought along great opportunities as well challenges from both inside and outside.Thus China and Africa should work more closely together to construct the China-Africa community through in-depth exchange and mutual learning for the ultimate purpose of constructing a community of all humanity with a shared future.
