摘要
聚焦社区公共卫生管理问题,构建以社区为单位的全民共参与的社区消毒系统服务平台。从服务设计视角出发,分析现有社区消毒服务生态系统,通过走访调研描述社区消毒服务用户体验地图,采用AHP-QFD需求研究方法,明确社区消毒系统的升级板块。搭建社区消毒系统服务平台,并形成人-环境-设施-平台有效对接路径。社区消毒系统的创新升级,为提高社区消毒效率、提升环境健康覆盖具有实际作用,同时对推行群众的爱国卫生运动具有重要意义。
Focusing on the issues of the community public health management,this paper aims to explore a community-based and holistic disinfection service platform that enables all residents to participate.Based on the view of service design and analysis on existing eco-system of community disinfection,I describe the User Experience Map of the community disinfection service through interviews and surveys.And both the AHP and QFD methods are adopted to identify which parts of existing community disinvest system need to be improved efficiently.It is necessary to establish a holistic community disinfection service platform that promotes the effective connection among residents,environment,facilities and service platforms.The innovation and upgrading of community disinfection system plays a practical role in improving the efficiency of community disinfection and improving the health of environment.Besides,it is also of great significance to encourage the masses join the patriotic sanitation campaign.
