摘要
为了提高服务设计的创意效率,研究给出了一套新型服务蓝图方法,丰富了服务设计相关知识领域的理论及实践工具。将传统机械理论的TRIZ 39个工程参数进行了服务设计方向的改造,以服务型TRIZ方法和管理科学的QFD方法相结合。推导出一套适用于产品设计的服务蓝图方法,并以儿童平衡车系统设计为例进行方案的演示。融合机械理论TRIZ和管理科学QFD的服务蓝图解决方案,可以通过科学的方法指导服务设计,提高设计师的设计精准度,改正设计师的主观意识过强等缺点。
In order to improve the creative efficiency of service design,a new service blueprint method is proposed,which enriches the theory and practice tools of service design.The service design direction of 39 engineering parameters of Triz of traditional mechanical theory is reformed,and the service TRIZ method and the QFD method of management science are combined.A set of service blueprint method for product design was derived,and the scheme was demonstrated by taking the system design of children’s balancing car as an example.The solution of service blueprint,which integrates the mechanical theory with QFD,can guide the service design by scientific method,improve the designer’s design accuracy and correct the designer’s strong subjective consciousness.
