摘要
目的:观察续筋接骨水(黄水)治疗湿热痹阻型急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月广州市中西医结合医院急诊、门诊与住院部收治的70例湿热痹阻型急性痛风性关节炎患者。根据随机数表法将其分成试验组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊,试验组在对照组的基础上给予续筋接骨水。比较两组治疗前、治疗7 d后实验室指标、疼痛程度、临床症状及临床疗效。结果:治疗7 d后,两组血沉比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组C反应蛋白与血尿酸水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,试验组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、关节肿胀程度及关节活动障碍评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:续筋接骨水治疗湿热痹阻型急性痛风性关节炎效果显著,可改善临床症状,降低C反应蛋白、血尿酸水平。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Xujin Jiegu Water(yellow water)in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis of dampness-heat obstruction type.Method:From June 2021 to June 2022,a total of 70 patients with acute gouty arthritis of dampnessheat obstruction type admitted to the Emergency Department,Outpatient Department and Inpatient Department of Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given Celecoxib Capsules,and the experimental group was given Xujin Jiegu Water on the basis of the control group.The laboratory indexes,pain degree,clinical symptoms before treatment and after 7 days of treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After 7 days of treatment,there was no significant difference in erythrocyte sedimentation rate between the two groups(P>0.05),and the levels of C-reactive protein and serum uric acid in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,joint swelling degree and joint movement disorder scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Xujin Jiegu Water in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis of dampness-heat obstruction type is remarkable,which can improve clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of C-reactive protein and serum uric acid.
