民族高校外语类专业学生跨文化效力现状调查研究

摘要 在新时代外语创新理论——“跨文化思辨育人”背景下,跨文化能力培养的重要性已在外语学界达成普遍共识,正逐步渗透到外语类专业人才培养的方方面面。为全面了解民族高校外语类专业人才的跨文化效力培养现状,该文采用跨文化效力量表对西北某民族高校外语类专业201名学生进行了跨文化效力现状调查。结果表明,该校外语类专业学生的跨文化效力整体水平居中等偏低水平,提升的空间较大;不同年级受试的跨文化效力水平存在显著性差异;不同语种和性别受试的跨文化效力水平不存在显著差异,英语专业的跨文化效力水平较其他语种有显著优势;跨文化效力与内部多维度之间呈显著强相关性,且内部多维度之间出现了两组正负相关关系。最后,该文就如何改进和提升该校外语类专业学生的跨文化效力培育现状和弱势提出了建议。 Under the background of new era foreign language innovation theory—"cross-cultural critical thinking education",the importance of intercultural competence training has reached a general consensus,and gradually penetrating into all aspects of foreign language professionals training.In order to comprehensively understand the current situation of intercultural effectiveness education of foreign language professionals in ethnic colleges and universities,with the intercultural effectiveness scale this study investigates the status of intercultural effectiveness among 201 students majoring in foreign languages in a university for nationalities in northwest China.The results show that the overall level of intercultural effectiveness of students majoring in foreign languages in this university is medium to low,and there is a large room for improvement.There are significant differences in the level of intercultural effectiveness among different grades.There is no significant difference in intercultural effectiveness among different languages and genders,and English majors have significant advantages over other languages in intercultural effectiveness.There is a significant strong correlation between intercultural effectiveness and internal dimensions,and there are two pairs of positive and negative correlations between internal dimensions.Finally,suggestions were made on how to improve and enhance the current situation and weakness of intercultural effectiveness cultivation of foreign language majors in this university.
