摘要
鉴于目前石化企业电气设备采用“计划检修+故障检修”为主的检修方式、依靠专家经验为主的管理模式已不能适应生产装置长周期安、稳、长、满、优供电系统高可靠性要求的现状,提出了构建石化企业电气设备健康诊断及重大运行风险防控科学体系的新思路及系统性解决方案,形成电气设备全生命周期健康诊断、风险监测预警及风险分级防控策略,同时与大数据、云计算、物联网、移动互联、人工智能等信息化技术深度融合开发智能化管控平台,为设备完整性提供全方位技术支撑。
In view of the current situation that the electrical equipment of petrochemical enterprises adopts the maintenance mode of“planned maintenance+fault maintenance”,and the management mode of relying on expert experience can not meet the high reliability requirements of long-term safety,stability,long,full and excellent power supply system of the production unit,a new idea and systematic solution for constructing the scientific system of health diagnosis and major operational risk prevention and control of electrical equipment of petrochemical enterprises were proposed.A full-life cycle health diagnosis,risk monitoring and early warning and risk grading prevention and control strategies for electrical equipment was formed.At the same time,it was deeply integrated with big data,cloud computing,the Internet of Things,mobile internet,artificial intelligence and other information technologies to develop an intelligent management and control platform,to provide technical support for equipment integrity in all aspects,and to improve the technical progress and safety management level of the power system in the petrochemical industry.
