摘要
借助Citespace软件对知网收录的近20年来国内高校教师教学能力研究的CSSCI与核心期刊文献进行科学知识图谱分析,研究表明:期刊文献随时间的推移呈现稳步上升趋势,但高水平成果总体偏少;研究者与研究机构多是独立开展研究,尚未建立紧密合作网络;热点主题主要是青年教师、专业发展、课堂教学与教师培训等,其中地方高校、教学学术、教师教育等关键词表征了今后研究的趋势。立足终身学习理念,关注地方高校教师发展,完善教师教育,实现教育教学与信息技术、教学与学术的共生发展等将成为未来研究者关注的重点方向。
Using Citespace software,this paper analyzes the scientific knowledge atlas of CSSCI and core journal literatures on the teaching ability of Chinese college teachers collected by CNKI in the past 20 years.The results show that the journal literatures present a steady upward trend over time,but there are few highlevel achievements in general.Researchers and research institutions mostly carry out research independently and have not yet established a close cooperation network.The hot topics are mainly about young teachers,professional development,classroom teaching and teacher training,among which the keywords of local universities,teaching academic,teacher education represent the trend of future research.Based on the concept of lifelong learning,paying attention to the development of teachers in local colleges and universities,perfecting teacher education,realizing the symbiotic development of education,teaching and information technology,teaching and academics will become the focus of future researchers.
