摘要
建设共建共治共享的政务服务新模式就是要实现政民平等对话、互动的政务服务价值共创。服务创新作为加速实现服务价值共创的重要方式,同时也会显著影响政务服务共建共治共享。本研究基于河北省的问卷调查,使用AMOS24软件实证分析发现数字政务建设、线上线下兼容显著正向影响政务服务创新绩效,官僚型文化显著负向影响政务服务创新绩效,同时创新绩效在数字政务、线上线下兼容和官僚型文化对共建共治共享政务服务的显著影响中起到中介作用。
The construction of a new model of shared government services is to achieve equal dialogue and interaction between the government and the people to create the value of government services.Service innovation as an important way to accelerate the realization of service value co-creation will also significantly affect the common construction and sharing of government services.This study is based on a questionnaire survey in Hebei Province,and the empirical analysis using AMOS24 software found that in the construction of digital government,online and offline compatibility significantly and positively affects the innovation performance of government services.bureaucratic culture significantly and negatively affects the innovation performance of government services.Meanwhile innovation performance plays a mediating role in the significant impact of digital government,online and offline compatibility,and bureaucratic type culture on shared governance and government services.
