摘要
高校辅导员工作室是新时代辅导员结合时代特征,自身特长,学生特点形成的创新工作路径。作为一种新兴的工作方式和载体,高校辅导员工作室尚处于初步探索阶段,仍面临着较多困难和问题。对这些问题和困难进行剖析,并从目标定位、运行机制、特色驱动、长效培育四个方面思考辅导员工作室的进路,有利于凝聚辅导员工作室的实践探索经验,激发辅导员角色扮演“专家化”和职责坚守“专业化”。
The college counselor studio is an innovative work path formed by counselors in the new era combining the characteristics of the times,their own strengths,and the characteristics of students.As a new working method and carrier,the college counselor studio is still in the initial stage of exploration and still faces many difficulties and problems.Analyzing these problems and difficulties,and thinking about the approach of the counselor studio from the four aspects of target positioning,operation mechanism,characteristic driving,and long-term cultivation,it is conducive to condensing the practical exploration experience of the counselor studio and stimulating the role of the counselor Play"specialization"and responsibilities stick to"specialization".
