摘要
高校基层院系党委(总支)副书记是高校专职辅导员的重要组成部分,既是辅导员中的一员又是基层辅导员队伍的领头羊。这支队伍的专业化专家化对高校内涵建设、提升学生工作质量、辅导员队伍“三化”建设及辅导员自身发展具有重要的意义。高校可以通过加强顶层设计,优化选拔机制;加强业务培训,提高专业技能;加强保障设计,解除后顾之忧等方式支持基层党委(总支)副书记成长为专业化专家化的专家型辅导员。
The deputy secretaries of colleges(faculties)Party committees(general Party branch)are not only the leader but also the member of the counselors,they make up an important part of the full time counselors team in universities.Improving the deputy secretaries'level of specialization and professional knowledge can avail university connotation construction,the quality of college student work,cultivating specialized,professional and expert team of counselors and the self-development of counselors.Universities can strengthen the top-level design so as to optimize administration mechanism,enhance professional training,improve professional skills,reinforce guarantee policy and relieve career anxiety.All the measures above can provide necessary support to the deputy secretaries of the primary level Party committees(general Party branch).Meanwhile,the deputy secretaries should also study harder to grow into expert of university student work.
