NLRP3炎症小体在肺部疾病发病机制中的作用及中医药干预研究进展

The role of NLRP3 inflammasome in the pathogenesis of lung diseases and research progress of TCM intervention

摘要 对炎症小体的研究现状、NOD样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体在肺部相关疾病发病机制中的作用及中医药基于NLRP3炎症小体干预肺部疾病的作用研究进展进行概述,为揭示肺部疾病的发生机制及中医药治疗提供理论依据。NLRP3炎症小体参与肺部疾病发病的机制尚未完全明确,需要进一步挖掘,随着中药对NLRP3炎症小体调节作用研究的不断深入,将会发现更多可通过调节NLRP3炎症小体而防治肺部疾病的中药及其活性部位或成分,从而提高中药治疗肺部疾病的疗效。 The current research status of inflammasome,the role of NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome in the pathogenesis of lung-related diseases and the research progress of the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine based on NLRP3 inflammasome in lung diseases were summarized to provide theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of lung diseases and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The mechanism of NLRP3 inflammasome involvement in the pathogenesis of lung diseases has not been fully clarified and needs to be further explored.With the deepening of the research on the regulatory effect of Chinese medicine on NLRP3 inflammasome,more Chinese medicines and their active sites or components that can prevent and treat lung diseases by regulating NLRP3 inflammasome will be found,so as to improve the efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung diseases.
