摘要
为了研究不锈钢真空脱碳炉精炼过程中1#喷吹线底吹流量控制超调以及1#钢包出现一次喷渣和喷钢问题,从2条喷吹线流量计比对实验、热式质量流量计与定期检定流量计比对实验、热式质量流量计选型、测量和调节阀性能5个方面进行分析研究,得出了1#钢包底吹调节阀在10%~20%阀位之间存在卡滞,1#流量计在前后压差不为零的情况下进行零点调整的结论,从流量计安装前比对、流量计使用中比对和完善程序报警功能3个方面提出解决对策。
In order to study the overshoot of bottom blowing flow control in 1#injection line and the problem of once slag and steel injection in 1#ladle in refining process of vacuum decarbonization furnace for stainless steel,this paper analyzes and studies the flow meter comparison experiment of two injection lines,the comparison experiment of the thermal mass flowmeter and the regular verification flowmeter,the selection of the thermal mass flowmeter,the measurement of the thermal mass flow-meter and the performance of the regulating valve,it is concluded that there is stagnation between 10%~20%valve positions of bottom blowing control valve of 1#ladle,zero point adjustment of 1#flowmeter when the pressure difference between front and back is not zero,from the flow-meter before the installation of comparison,comparison and improve the use of flowmeter program alarm function of the three aspects of solutions.
