低碳低硅低铝低氧高铬钢VOD冶炼技术的实践与研究

摘要 基于成本、原材料特点等综合考虑下,采用VOD工艺方案进行了低碳低硅低铝低氧高铬钢的冶炼研究,该钢种w_(C)≤0.15%、w_(Si)≤0.10%、w_(Al)≤0.010%、w_(O)≤0.0030%、w_(Cr)≥9%,其VOD冶炼控制难点在于保证Cr元素充分回收,同时防止Si、P、Al元素超标。通过VOD后各元素氧化还原反应情况设计了3种试验方案,并经过试验结果的验证,得出了合理的脱氧剂种类及加入量,保证了Cr元素有效回收的同时减少了Si、Al超标风险。 Based on the comprehensive consideration of cost and raw material characteristics,the smelting research of low-carbon,low-silicon,low-aluminum,low-oxygen and high-chromium steel has been carried out by using the VOD process scheme.This grade of steel has w_(C)≤0.15%,w_(Al)≤0.010%,w_(O)≤0.0030%,and w_(Cr)≥9%,and the difficulty of VOD smelting control is to ensure the full recovery of Cr element and prevent Si,P,and Al elements from exceeding the standard.According to the redox reaction of each element after VOD,three kinds of test schemes have been designed,and after the verification of the test results,the reasonable type and amount of deoxidizer have been obtained,which ensures the effective recovery of Cr element and reduces the risk of Si and Al exceeding the standard.
