摘要
房颤患者需要个体化的诊断及治疗,控制心室率是目前房颤管理的最主要的治疗方法,文章结合指南以及文献从急性心室率控制和长期心室率控制两个方面,详细讲解了房颤心室率控制策略的常用治疗方案。
Patients with atrial fibrillation need individualized diagnosis and treatment,and ventricular rate control is the most important treatment method in atrial fibrillation management at present.In this paper,the common treatment plan of ventricular rate control strategy in atrial fibrillation is explained in detail from two aspects of acute ventricular rate control and long-term ventricular rate control based on guidelines and literature.
