摘要
目的了解浦东新区区域内注册护士多点执业现状,为加强护理人员管理和政策推进提供参考。方法通过抽样调查,从浦东新区卫生健康信息系统采集多点执业注册护士相关信息,包含基本信息、工作状态、执业区域分布三部分20个指标,调查时间为2021年1月至12月。结果浦东新区区域内多点执业护理人员共773名,年龄分布在20~40岁最多,占76.3%,技术职称初级以下为主(占52.3%),工作年限5~10年占比较大(占35.0%)。多点执业护理人员主执业机构中社会办医疗机构占95.1%;多点执业工作部门主要分布在门诊、病房和护理部,有86.6%护理人员从事临床护理工作。结论浦东新区区域内多点执业护士初具一定规模,执业地点以社会办医疗机构为主,但多点执业护士质量、服务内容以及人员如何有效向基层医疗机构流动仍然值得深入思考与研究。
Objective To understand the current of multi-site practice of registered nurses in Pudong New Area,to strengthen the management and provide reference for policy promotion.Methods By sampling survey,the relevant information of multi-site registered nurses was collected from the health information system of Pudong New Area,including the basic information,working status and practice area distribution of 20 indicators.The survey time was from January to December,2021.Results A total of 773 nurses were investigated in Pudong New Area,the most were between 20 and 40 years old,accounting for 76.3%,with technical titles below primary level(52.3%)and work seniority of 5-10 years old(35.0%).According to the analysis,the proportion of multi-point nurses registered in social medical institutions was 95.1%.Multi-point nurses mainly distributed in outpatient department,ward and nursing department,who were engaged in clinical nursing(86.6%).Conclusion Multiple nurse practitioners in Pudong New Area have formed a certain scale,and their practice places are mainly in social medical institutions.However,the quality of multi-site nurse practitioners,health service content and how to effectively flow to primary medical institutions are still worth further researching.
