摘要
产教融合既是地方应用型本科高校推进人才资源供给侧结构性改革、高质量发展的重要举措,也是服务地方区域经济发展的路径。目前,地方应用型本科院校面临政策配套支持不足、教育供给与地方产业结构性需求不吻合、各方参与重视程度不一等现实矛盾与困境,应健全产教融合体制机制、创新产教融合模式、明确各方主体责任等,进一步推动产业链、教育链深度融合,为地方社会经济转型升级、提质增效提供人才要素保障。
The integration of industry and education is not only an important measure for local applicationoriented universities to promote the supply-side structural reform and high-quality development of human resources,but also a development path and trend to serve the local regional economy.However,in the face of practical contradictions and dilemmas such as insufficient policy support,inconsistency between education supply and local industrial structural demand,and different levels of participation by all parties,it is necessary to improve the system and mechanism of industry-education integration,innovate the mode of industry-education integration,and clarify the main responsibilities of all parties,so as to further promote the in-depth integration of the industrial chain and education chain,and provide talent element guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of local social economy,its quality and efficiency.
